These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeekMyWay platform at admin.seekmyway.com and the services we provide through it (together, the "Service"), provided by SeekMyWay ("SeekMyWay", "we", "us"). By creating an account, checking the box at sign-up, continuing with Google, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" means that organization.

1. The Service

SeekMyWay helps businesses make their official website understood, trusted and recommended by AI, and serve their visitors with AI. Depending on your plan, the Service includes:

• Website management: adding and verifying your websites, and crawling them to keep your content in sync when your site changes;
• GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): structured content generated from your website (such as llms.txt, JSON-LD and Markdown), which can be published from SeekMyWay (for example at geo.seekmyway.com) or on your own site;
• AI Chat: a multilingual AI customer-service widget for your website that answers visitors based on your content, with conversation logs, analysis, leads and appointment forms;
• Website Agent: an interface that lets AI agents query your website's official information with access keys you control;
• Official Website Discovery listing: inclusion of your verified website in SeekMyWay Discovery, where AI agents look up official company information;
• connectors, skills and other features we add from time to time.

2. Accounts

• The Service is intended for businesses. You must be able to form a binding contract and give accurate account information.
• Keep your login details and access keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Our authorized staff may access your account when needed to provide support, investigate problems or keep the Service secure.

3. Your websites

• Only add websites that you own or are authorized to manage. We may ask you to verify ownership (for example by DNS record, file or meta tag), and some features work only for verified websites.
• By adding a website, you authorize us to crawl it with automated browsers — including its pages, images and documents — and to process that content to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content on your website.
• You can remove a website from your account at any time.

4. Official Website Discovery listing

When you verify a website, its public official information is included in SeekMyWay Discovery by default, so AI agents can find it with a link back to your site. You can turn this off in your settings; your site is then normally removed from Discovery results within about an hour. Discovery only shows information that is publicly available on your website or that you choose to provide.

5. AI Chat and your visitors

• When you install AI Chat, you decide which websites use it and what it collects (for example lead or appointment forms). For your visitors' personal data, you act as the controller and we process it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for giving your visitors any notices required by law (such as a privacy notice and, where required, cookie consent) and for having a lawful basis to collect their data. Do not use AI Chat to collect sensitive data (such as health information, payment card numbers or government ID numbers) unless the law allows it and you have the necessary safeguards.
• You should review conversations regularly. AI Chat is not a substitute for human support where a human decision is needed.

6. AI output

• The Service uses large language models. AI-generated answers, content and analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Review important output before relying on it or publishing it.
• We do not guarantee any ranking, citation, recommendation or traffic from AI assistants or search engines; these depend on third parties (for example OpenAI, Google or Perplexity).

7. Content and intellectual property

• Your content: you keep all rights to your website content, brand assets and the data you provide. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, display and publish it as needed to provide the Service — including publishing GEO files and showing your public official information in Discovery.
• Output: subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, output generated for you from your content (such as GEO files) is yours to use.
• Our platform: SeekMyWay keeps all rights to the Service, its software, models, algorithms and documentation. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Plans, billing and refunds

• Plans, prices and included usage are shown in the product and on our pricing pages. Payments are processed by PayPal.
• Paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Some features consume usage quota (for example AI Chat replies); when quota runs out, those features may pause until it resets or you upgrade.
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices; changes apply from your next renewal after we notify you.
• Free plans and trials are offered at our discretion and may be changed or ended.
• Except where required by law or agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or collect personal data unlawfully;
• generate or spread hate speech, sexually explicit content, harassment, spam, malware or misleading content, or impersonate others;
• add websites you are not authorized to manage, or crawl third-party websites through the Service;
• probe, attack, overload or reverse engineer the Service, get around usage limits, or resell the Service without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as AI model providers, PayPal, Google sign-in and the platforms you connect (for example e-commerce connectors). Your use of a third-party platform is also subject to its own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account.
• We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are broken, if required by law, or if your use puts the Service or others at risk; where reasonable we will tell you first.
• After an account is closed, we delete its data within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law. Sections 6, 7, 12, 13, 14 and 16 survive termination.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeekMyWay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, reputation or goodwill, including losses caused by AI output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify SeekMyWay against claims arising from your content, your websites, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law, or your handling of your visitors' data.

15. Changes

We may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and SeekMyWay about the Service, unless we have signed a separate agreement with you. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are written in English; translations are provided for convenience only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, if a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.

• 网站智能体:让 AI 智能体凭你掌控的接入密钥查询你网站官方信息的接口;
• 「官网资源发现」收录:把你已认证的网站收录进 SeekMyWay Discovery,供 AI 智能体查询企业官方信息;
• 我们不时新增的连接器、技能和其他功能。

2. 账号

• 本服务面向企业。你须具备订立有约束力合同的能力,并提供准确的账号信息。
• 请妥善保管登录信息和接入密钥。你账号下发生的一切行为由你负责。如果怀疑账号被盗用,请及时告诉我们。
• 为提供支持、排查问题或保障本服务安全,我们经授权的工作人员可在必要时访问你的账号。

3. 你的网站

• 只能添加你拥有或有权管理的网站。我们可能要求你认证网站所有权(例如通过 DNS 记录、文件或 meta 标签),部分功能仅对已认证网站开放。
• 添加网站即表示你授权我们用自动化浏览器爬取该网站 —— 包括页面、图片和文档 —— 并为提供本服务处理这些内容。你应确保自己对网站内容拥有相应权利。
• 你可以随时从账号中移除网站。

4. 「官网资源发现」收录

网站认证后,其公开的官方信息默认会收录进 SeekMyWay Discovery,AI 智能体可以查到并链接回你的网站。你可以在设置中关闭;关闭后通常约一小时内从 Discovery 结果中撤下。Discovery 只展示你网站上公开的信息或你选择提供的信息。

5. AI 客服与你的访客

• 安装 AI 客服时,由你决定在哪些网站使用、收集哪些信息(例如线索或预约表单)。对于你的访客的个人数据,你是控制者,我们按隐私政策所述代表你处理。
• 你应按法律要求向访客提供必要的告知(如隐私声明,以及在需要时的 cookie 同意),并具备收集其数据的合法依据。除非法律允许且你已采取必要的保护措施,不得用 AI 客服收集敏感数据(如健康信息、银行卡号、身份证件号码)。
• 你应定期查看对话。在需要人工判断的场合,AI 客服不能替代人工客服。

6. AI 生成内容

• 本服务使用大语言模型。AI 生成的回答、内容和分析可能不准确、不完整或已过时。依赖或发布重要内容前请先审核。
• 我们不保证 AI 助手或搜索引擎给出任何排名、引用、推荐或流量;这些取决于第三方(例如 OpenAI、Google、Perplexity)。

7. 内容与知识产权

• 你的内容:你保留对网站内容、品牌素材和你提供的数据的全部权利。你授予我们在全球范围内、非独占的许可,以便为提供本服务而托管、复制、处理、展示和发布这些内容 —— 包括发布 GEO 文件、在 Discovery 中展示你公开的官方信息。
• 生成结果:在遵守本条款并支付相应费用的前提下,基于你的内容为你生成的结果(如 GEO 文件)归你使用。

8. 套餐、计费与退款

• 套餐、价格和包含的用量以产品内和价格页显示为准。付款由 PayPal 处理。
• 付费套餐到期按同一周期自动续费,除非你在续费日前取消。部分功能会消耗用量额度(例如 AI 客服回复);额度用完后,这些功能可能暂停,直到额度重置或你升级套餐。
• 除另有说明外,价格不含税。我们可能调整价格,调整在通知你之后的下一次续费时生效。
• 免费版和试用由我们酌情提供,可能调整或终止。
• 除法律另有规定或书面另有约定外,付款不予退还。如果你认为被误扣费,请在 30 天内联系我们。

9. 使用规范

你同意不会利用本服务:

• 违反法律、侵犯他人权利,或非法收集个人数据;
• 生成或传播仇恨言论、色情内容、骚扰、垃圾信息、恶意软件或误导性内容,或冒充他人;
• 添加你无权管理的网站,或通过本服务爬取第三方网站;
• 探测、攻击、压垮或反向工程本服务,绕过用量限制,或未经我们书面许可转售本服务。

10. 第三方服务

本服务依赖第三方,例如 AI 模型服务商、PayPal、Google 登录以及你连接的平台(例如电商连接器)。你对第三方平台的使用同时受其自身条款约束,我们不对第三方服务负责。

11. 暂停与终止

• 你可以随时停止使用本服务,并要求我们注销账号。
• 如果违反本条款、法律要求,或你的使用给本服务或他人带来风险,我们可以暂停或关闭账号;在合理情况下会事先通知你。
• 账号关闭后,我们会在 30 天内删除其数据,法律要求保留的除外。第 6、7、12、13、14、16 条在终止后继续有效。

12. 免责声明

本服务按「现状」和「现有」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不作任何明示或默示的保证,包括适销性、特定用途适用性、准确性和不侵权,也不保证本服务不中断或无错误。

13. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内,SeekMyWay 不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害,或利润、收入、数据、声誉、商誉的损失承担责任,包括由 AI 生成内容造成的损失。我们对与本服务有关的任何索赔的全部责任,以你在索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额与 100 美元两者中的较高者为限。

14. 赔偿

因你的内容、你的网站、你违反本条款或法律使用本服务,或你对访客数据的处理而引起的索赔,由你负责为 SeekMyWay 抗辩并赔偿。

15. 变更

我们可能更改或停止某些功能。我们可能更新本条款;重大变更会在生效前通过邮件或在本服务内通知你。生效日之后继续使用本服务,即表示你接受更新后的条款。

16. 其他

除非我们与你另行签署了协议,本条款是你与 SeekMyWay 之间关于本服务的完整协议。任何部分无法执行的,其余部分仍然有效。本条款以英文撰写,译本仅供参考。在适用法律允许的范围内,译本与英文版本发生冲突时,以英文版本为准。

This Privacy Policy explains how SeekMyWay ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the SeekMyWay platform at admin.seekmyway.com and the services provided through it — website management, GEO, AI Chat, Website Agent and the Official Website Discovery listing (the "Service") — and on our websites. It works together with our Terms of Service. SeekMyWay Discovery's developer services (discovery.seekmyway.com) have their own privacy policy.

1. Our two roles

• For our customers' accounts (the businesses and people who sign up and use the Service), we decide how data is used and act as the controller.
• For visitors to our customers' websites who use AI Chat or forms on those sites, we process data on behalf of the customer, who is the controller. The website owner's privacy notice applies to those visitors, and they should contact the website owner about their data; we help our customers respond.

2. Data we collect about customers

• Account data: email address, name, company and website details, and your password (stored only in hashed form). If you continue with Google, we receive your Google account ID, email address and name.
• Website verification and settings: the websites you add, verification records, and your settings (for example AI Chat, Discovery visibility and notification preferences).
• Billing data: payments are processed by PayPal; we receive the order ID, amount, currency and status, not your card or bank details. We keep your plan, invoices and usage.
• Usage and technical data: sign-in records, IP address, browser type, the actions you take in the Service, and logs we need to operate and secure it.
• Support and communications: messages you send us and emails we send you.

3. Your website content

When you add a website, we crawl its public pages, images and documents and process them to provide the Service (for example to generate GEO content, answer AI Chat questions, power your Website Agent and list your site in Discovery). This is mostly business information. If your website publishes personal data (such as staff names or contact details), it is processed as part of that content.

4. Data we process for customers (AI Chat visitors)

• the messages visitors exchange with AI Chat, the page they asked from, their language, and a visitor identifier stored in the visitor's browser so a conversation can continue;
• the visitor's IP address and browser information, used for security and abuse prevention;
• contact details and other information visitors choose to submit through forms you enable (for example lead or appointment forms);
• results derived from conversations, such as topics, conversation analysis and leads, shown to you in the Service.

Questions that AI agents send to your Website Agent, and the answers returned, are logged so you can review them. We use visitor data only to provide the Service to the customer concerned, as instructed by them, and not for our own marketing.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

• In the platform: cookies that keep you signed in, remember your language and theme, and protect sign-in (for example during Google sign-in).
• In the AI Chat widget: a visitor identifier stored in the visitor's browser (cookie or local storage) to continue conversations. Customers are responsible for any cookie consent their visitors must give.
• We do not use advertising cookies. Our marketing website uses cookieless analytics.

6. How we use data

• to provide, maintain, secure and support the Service and your instance of it;
• to process payments, send service emails (verification codes, notifications, billing messages) and respond to you;
• to measure and improve the Service, mostly using aggregated statistics;
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

By default, we do not use your business data or your visitors' conversations to train AI models for anyone else's use. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

7. AI model providers

To generate answers, GEO content and analysis, we send the relevant content — for example parts of your website content, visitor messages and conversation history — to AI model providers (such as OpenAI, DeepSeek and Alibaba Cloud). They process it under their API terms. Where a provider offers an option to exclude API data from model training, we use it.

8. Who we share data with

• service providers that process data on our behalf: cloud hosting, email delivery, PayPal (payments), Google (sign-in, if you use it) and AI model providers;
• SeekMyWay Discovery, for the public official information of verified websites that you keep visible;
• platforms you choose to connect (for example e-commerce connectors), according to your settings;
• authorities or other parties where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service; and a successor if our business is transferred.

9. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process customer data to perform our contract with you, on our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving the Service), to comply with the law, and on your consent where we ask for it.

10. International transfers

Our servers are in the United States. Our service providers, including AI model providers, may process data in other countries, including the United States and China. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

11. Retention

• Account data, website content and AI Chat data are kept while your account is active. You can delete websites and related data in the Service.
• When you ask us to close your account, we delete its data within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law (for example billing records).
• Security and operational logs are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

12. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), store passwords only in hashed form, control and limit access to personal data, and regularly review our systems. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your account.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Customers can update most account data in the Service; for other requests, write to us. Visitors of a customer's website should contact that website owner first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

14. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

15. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect.

16. Language

This Privacy Policy is written in English; translations are provided for convenience only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, if a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.

5. Cookie 及类似技术

6. 我们如何使用数据

• 提供、维护、保护和支持本服务及你的实例;

• 履行法律义务,执行服务条款。

默认情况下,我们不会用你的业务数据或你的访客对话训练供他人使用的 AI 模型。我们不出售个人数据,也不将其用于广告。

7. AI 模型服务商

为生成回答、GEO 内容和分析,我们会把相关内容 —— 例如你的部分网站内容、访客消息和对话历史 —— 发送给 AI 模型服务商(如 OpenAI、DeepSeek 和阿里云)。他们按各自的 API 条款处理这些数据。服务商提供「API 数据不用于模型训练」选项的,我们会选用。

8. 我们与谁共享数据

• 代表我们处理数据的服务商:云主机、邮件发送、PayPal(付款)、Google(如果你用 Google 登录)和 AI 模型服务商;
• SeekMyWay Discovery:对你保持公开的已认证网站,共享其公开的官方信息;
• 你选择连接的平台(例如电商连接器),按你的设置;
• 在法律要求时,或为保护用户和本服务的权利与安全,向主管机关或其他方披露;以及业务转让时的继任者。

9. 法律依据

10. 跨境传输

我们的服务器位于美国。我们的服务商(包括 AI 模型服务商)可能在其他国家处理数据,包括美国和中国。在需要时,我们会为这些传输采取适当的保障措施。

11. 保留期限

• 账号数据、网站内容和 AI 客服数据在你的账号存续期间保留。你可以在本服务中删除网站及相关数据。

12. 安全

16. 语言

本隐私政策以英文撰写,译本仅供参考。在适用法律允许的范围内,译本与英文版本发生冲突时,以英文版本为准。
