• Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

3. AI Content and GEO Disclaimer

• Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI-generated responses and optimization suggestions may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.
• No Guarantee of Results: While SeekMyway aims to improve your brand's presence in Generative Engines, we do not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic results, as these are subject to third-party algorithms (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Perplexity).
• User Review: You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before public deployment. SeekMyway is not liable for any brand reputation damage or legal losses resulting from AI outputs.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the original content provided to the Service (e.g., your website data, brand assets). You grant SeekMyway a limited license to process this data to provide the Service.
• AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of fees, SeekMyway assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the AI based on your data.
• SeekMyway IP: SeekMyway retains all rights to our platform, algorithms, proprietary models, and source code.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to recurring charges unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Free Trials: Any free trial period is provided at our discretion and may be terminated at any time.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or specified in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

6. Prohibited Use

You shall not use SeekMyway to:

• Generate hate speech, sexually explicit content, or promote illegal activities.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Reverse-engineer our algorithms or attempt to bypass service limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeekMyway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

To provide AI capabilities, we may share encrypted data with third-party model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure AI).

• Privacy Guardrails: We utilize Enterprise-tier API agreements with these providers which ensure that your data is not used by them to train their public models.
